She's not just a business professional; she's a passionate industry expert holding a dual major from UNLV's prestigious College of Hospitality and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. This additional expertise makes her not only a master of customer service but also an expert in managing the teams that drive successful hospitality operations.
